Our Story

My daughter got a dog named Eddie, later she dumped him on us. I did not like it but to my surprise he became my best friend. We had a love affair with each other. Every single day he would force me to walk with him, he would wait by the window for me, and when I came home he would get all excited & greet me with joy. When I was depressed, he would kiss me and sit on my lap and comfort me. He took away all my stress. Every day when I left work to come home, I always looked forward to seeing him.
 

One day I came home at 2 am and as usual Eddie was at the door waiting for me and he greeted me with joy, jumping all over and constantly wagging his tail. Next day, I got up late and as I came out of the bathroom I distinctly remember Eddie outside the bathroom door, stood up and he escorted me to foyer & near the entrance of house.  I went outside to get the mail. I kept the door open as my wife had got an electronic wireless fence a month ago. I was at the mailbox when all of a sudden I saw Eddie running towards me. Eddie was supposed to stop at the boundary of the house but he did not. In slow motion I saw a van coming and I saw Eddie approaching me. I did not know what to do. I closed my eyes a weird sound came. I thought it was a dream. I hesitantly opened my eyes and I saw Eddie lying on the road.  
 

I took him immediately to veterinarian hoping against hope, but Eddie was gone. I cried, kneeled down, prayed, God take away everything I own and please send Eddie back, but it does not work like that. At that moment I understood material things have no value as it could not bring Eddie back.

After losing Eddie, I started wondering what life is all about, the money that I have and my possessions – none of these things I can take with me. And then I started wondering “what can go with me?”. Eddie was a God sent to me, who loved me unconditionally and finally his death showed me my purpose. (No wonder if you reverse the word dog it becomes God). My purpose is to hurt no life and to spread this message to the whole world.

Lucky for me I have been a vegetarian all my life and I calculated If I live another 20 years over the course of my life I will be saving approximately few thousand lives as I did not eat meat. People who are reading this or watching my videos, I want you to think about the bacon, I want you to think about the hamburger & I want you to remember that a real LIVING, BREATHING, FEELING being has to sacrifice their life for you to eat that bacon. It would mean so little for you to give it up because it’s a fashion to eat meat & you can replace it with delicious and vegan / vegetarian food. All living beings go through enormous fear, pain & suffering when they get slaughtered & they don’t want to die. All of you can join me in this beautiful movement & save billions & billions of innocent lives because of compounding effect.
 

Finally, when we are at the heaven’s pearly gates, I know God will ask us what did you do with the precious life & brain I gave you? We all can say we gave GIFT OF LIFE to infinite innocent living beings. This is the eternal and infinite wealth of joy and peace we will be able to take with us.
